Hey you're up late. just saw your post on the F-35 thread. What's going on, cant sleep because of stress? Mind racing like mine?

lol, I'm hitting bed now. Was working late on something (as usual). I'm definitely an owl. Unfortunately I also have a daily 8am conference call. Never enough time for 8 hours of sleep.

Sucks me too gotta be onsite at 8 am that means get up at 6! I have a really stressful day ahead of me tomorrow boy! If you hear from me then I made it but if you don't, I never made it passed tomorrow remember that lol. Cheers.

Hey buddy, wow it's been a really rough last 2 weeks (I should say pretty much this whole month has been AWFUL) for yours truly I wish I could indulge in details but better off just leaving it at that and being faithful to a certain extent, I thank the Man upstairs for his protection because I truly believe if it wasn't for Him, I either wouldn't be around any more or things would be MUCH MUCH worst than they are.

No virus or anything of that sort, just everyday motions that I always took for granted came with a twist that I didn't take seriously enough and suffered some pretty serious consequences as a result. But we're going to hang in there and InshAllah we shall prevail by the will of God and with perseverance and determination and steadfast manners.

I hope you and your family are doing well, my friend? Hopefully this new year brings us all much better prosperity and protection from all the ills of this world, InshaAllah as we Muslims say.

I'm hanging in there but the wife is determined to kill us all by insisting on taking the kids to our gym's indoor swimming pool every week. Geez just looking for a way to get us all infected.

Well I hope you didn't give yourself heart palpitations by jumping around roof dormers. A few years ago i had to sit down after only going up a short flight of stairs. Not sure what triggered it.

Oh I've had AFIB (short for Atrial Fibrillation) since God knows when. It used to be Super Ventricular Tachycardia first discovered I had that when I was 11 years old. That's when the heart jumps and beats 10 - 15 times faster than its normal rate for about 15 to 20 seconds and then tapers back to normal speed.

That went on until I reached 28 years old, I think it was, when I got up in the middle of the night thinking the old ticker went into its usual tachycardia except this time I could tell it was different because it was beating "irregularly" unlike super vent which is the same speed beat just very fast.
