12 drones is unlikely. The budget release is only 300 million USD where 200 million USD is for Bayrakar and the rest is for Anka.

Anka will be for Navy.

12 drones for ANKA is still unsure, as currently only 200 million USD prepared for Air Force UCAV (Bayrakar) and 100 Million USD for Navy (Anka). Total approved program by our beloved Finance Minister, Sri Mulyani, for UCAV for 2020-2024 period is 300 Million USD.

Army will get UCAV as well, but for Army the financing hasnt been approved yet (maybe later), credible source (Alman Helvast) said that there will be additional Chinese UCAV to be bought as we have already had 6 CH4 (so reasonable to add more). So Army possibly will get UCAV from China CH4. Unless they changed the money intended for additional CH4 into TAI Anka.....
