Why did Qasim Suri chair the session today? Where is Asad Qaisar?

On the morning of the 3rd April, the day of the count, opposition had tabled a motion against the Speaker as well, thereby disabling the Speaker (but he remained the Speaker). Qasim Suri read the order by the Speaker on his behalf.
 
Everybody and their grandmother has suddenly become a constitutional law expert. The speaker has every right to stop an action which he deems suspicious. and then the courts can decide on its validity.

Let the courts decide, not TV anchors and blowhards.
