May be Indian Army Didn't like Brahamos so they did this OR May be Chief of Indian Army wanted some percentage from DRDO in order to induct Brahamos OR Is DRDO Blaming Indian Army for their Failure OR The Chief of DRDO was the Lover of Army's Chief Girlfriend so Army Chief did this............

I don't see a Logical explanation For this article.
