On January 24, 2009 I had written:

"JANUARY 24, 2009: RAW arranged for the emergency heart problems of Manmohan Singh, to use as grounds for replacing him as prime minister, if necessary, hoping this will forestall the nuclear destruction of New Delhi. After the reference to nuclear weapons as a great equaliser in the addendum above, it instructed Kakodkar to make a statement today against “dependence” on other countries in the matter of technology, placed a story in the media about a lot of high grade uranium in Meghalaya remaining untapped (due to political agitation, arranged by RAW, as I have said below) while India’s nuclear power plants run at half capacity and an editorial in Deccan Chronicle calling for India to carry out a nuclear test, also to forestall the nuclear destruction of New Delhi. All these moves will be reversed in a half second if there is no threat of the nuclear destruction of New Delhi. On a typical day, in the Internet edition of The Hindu, the top ten or so stories were about Obama, then one story about India without a reference to Obama or the United States, then another ten or so stories about obama or the United States and this has been typical of the Indian press. RAW has cut down on the number of stories about Obama. But unless the top ten or so stories on a typical day in each media organ are about the greatest living Indian, NOTHING has changed. The nuclear destruction of New Delhi should proceed."

A day or so ago, a photograph showed the American ambassador and his wife walking alongside Manmohan Singh's wife in a 'Walk for Cancer' or such in New Delhi. It was meant to pass a message from the C.I.A. to Manmohan Singh through his wife that he will be airlifted out of India, by helicopter and plane, if necessary, as the U.S. airlifted Ferdinand Marcos out of the Philippines and was prepared to lift Indira Gandhi out of India after she lost the election after the Emergency. The United States has such arrangements with all its Third World ruler-puppets who are C.I.A. agents. Make no mistake about it: whosoever is meant to replace Manmohan Singh -- Mukherjee or Mulayam Singh Yadav or Sharad Pawar or whoever -- is no less of a U.S./C.I.A. agent than Manmohan Singh.

A post on an Indian military discussion board on February 16'09 said:
"Saw the army chief and it was crazy to see the security around him - 20 or 30 army-wallahs and 5-6 commandos. It was definitely overkill in an area that possessed that amt of security... The other chiefs were much less visible, came in very inconspicuously, with only ADC and 1-2 personal sec offrs. I wonder why the Army tamasha then!!"

The answer is the army chief's enhanced security was due to his having been named as having been bought by the United States (above).

There have been books by former C.I.A. employees which describe the kind of arrangement mentioned above that it has with a lot of Third World rulers. After Benazir Bhutto's death, when some pointed a finger of suspicion at the U.S. for having assassinated her, the U.S. said don't blame us; we were constantly giving her information about threats to her life. The C.I.A. supplies such information also as part of such 'security' arrangements with a lot of Third World rulers.
