Although all have to destroy the nuclear weapons.
USA will never destroy its nukes. China is smart enough to concentrate its wealth on its nation. Chinese government trickles its money down to its people via infrastructure and technology etc. Daily reports of corrupt officials being sentenced to death are read. China is a booming economy and can justify its large military. India and Pakistan on the other hand are way behind in terms of government delivery to its people. Even when terrorism started crippling Pakistan's north west territories , the government was in a dilemma as to whether to remove large scale troops from its border with India. India maintains large scale troop bases on its border with Pakistan. If both India and Pakistan would curtail its military spending to counter perceived threats from each other and start investing in internal security mechanisms such as efficient policing and counter insurgency forces, they will have billions to spend on their people. Despite the taliban turmoil in Pakistan, its economy is still regarded as a stable economy internationally. It shows the economic potential of that country if it starts a process of peace with the world and its own people.
