I think Afghan forces are just making up these stories to look good in front of the world. No word from the head of Haqqani in this matter.

And all NATO and non-nato combat forces in Afghanistan want out of Afghanistan as soon as possible (except Britain and United States), so if Afghan forces are so strong then why keep foreigners still in your soil?

USA and Nato will withdraw their forces in 2014.and afghan forces are gaining power and capability to fight off those hired (you know who hired them) terrorists.keep doing good job.India will continue to support your government and military..kill those bunch of cr@p to restore peace.thats the only way.

Cause their numbers are pretty small & Afghans still don't have a well equipped highly trained army !

It may take some time and a lot of sacrifice..But still at the end afghans can have a nation where they can have every opportunity other modern nations have-freedom,education,industry,science and technology...etc etc.There is no way afghans are going back to the dark ages no matter how much some people wish for it.

We will see how capable they are beyond Kabul or else LT. COL DANIEL L. Davis would not have said, "What I saw bore no resemblance to rosy official statements by U.S. military leaders about conditions on the ground."

NATO has always been accused of creating dummy govt anywhere it go(including pak) but the question is not about nato here.

As per title, they have just foiled a terrorist attack and it bounds to encourage praise only. Point of view that you guys are laying none other than taliban. They would be having the same comments if they had been here on PDF. Isn't it?
