Kabul, Jun 19 (AFP) Afghan authorities today said "regional spy agencies" were behind a rare suicide attack targeting Shiite Muslims that killed more than 80 people in a veiled reference to Pakistani intelligence.

Attorney General Eshaq Aloko said two men had been arrested over the December attack, which struck a crowd of worshippers on Ashura, the holiest day of the Shiite calendar, in Kabul.

Pakistan also accuses Afghanistan of harboring not one but different kinds of terrorists against it's nation. Afghan govt needs to work more to secure at least Kabul before accusing others.

10 percent is a huge number in a populous country like pakistan, especially if guns and bombs are easily accessible in neighbourhood market
