So it would seem that either the Afghans are extremely incompetent, or the American approach and training methods are extremely bad.

These poor people of Afganistan where brutalized for years and years under the Taliban control...

We have to start with the basics with them as they where not able to even read or write!

They are being trained by the best.... and we are doing it right this time as we learned from our past.
