BNS F18 Osman
'Cos I just checked some picture for BNS F18 Osman, and BNS F25 Bangabandhu , seems the pennant number was not painted in white colours. So that meant these ships might not be for Bangladesh Navy?
As Bangladesh already operates modified 053H1/Jianghu-II class BNS Osman F18, it would make sense to simplify logistics to take over some old Jianghu in the same class then plus to buy some new ships to build up the naval force.

Myanmar hasnt ordered any frigates from china. Its unlikely that those are burmese frigates. They wanted to buy frigates a while back but the deal didnt materialise. Thats why they build their own ships
The painting scheme does look like navy painting scheme in Myanmar. However,UMS Aung Zeya Guided-Missile F-11 134 Myanmar 1×76mm Gun,8×C-802 SSM,32×HQ-16 SAM,2×Type-730 CIWS,2×ZPU-2,RBU-1200,

UMS Razadarit Guided-Missile F-13 134 Myanmar 1×76mm Gun,8×C-802 SSM,32×HQ-16 SAM,2×Type-730 CIWS,2×ZPU-2,RBU-1200,
UMS Tabinshwehti Guided-Missile F-14 134 Myanmar 1×76mm Gun,8×C-802 SSM,32×HQ-16 SAM,2×Type-730 CIWS,2×ZPU-2,RBU-1200,

Aung Moe Hyain Light Frigate F-44 105 Myanmar 2×76mm Guns,4×AK-230 Guns,2×37mm Anti-Aircraft Guns
I know you are getting these info from WIKI, but they ARE wrong. Someone copied 054A 's spec exacly word of word, displacement, length, etc., 32×HQ-16 SAM,2×Type-730 CIWS ?? on 4 ships??
A very good news, but I think we need more advanced Fast attack crafts keeping in mind possible naval blockade by Indian navy
in a hostile scenario. BN modernization should include an increase in its FAC fleet and also introduce a robust sub fleet to
defend our sovereignty against an increasingly aggressive india.
Congratulations Bangladesh....
