A 12-day exercise of firing different types of explosives and ammunition of the members of Bangladesh Army began in Narayanganj and Munshiganj districts today (Sunday).

The areas that fall under the range of the firing exercise are Rupganj and Murapara of Rupganj, Arjundi and Sollapara of Sonargaon, and Nangalbandh and Nanakkhi of Kaliganj in Narayanganj district, and Char Sahebani, Rasulpur, Atani and Andhar Manik of Gazaria upazila in Munshiganj district, said an ISPR release.

The exercise, which is being held as part of the regular training of the Bangladesh Army, will conclude on July 12.

The people of the areas were requested not to panic
