Perhaps Motia is the most devoted one among the ministers of bal. She did hard labor last term on and is doing this term too. Only one difference I see in her appearance from last term that is she now looks mentally retarded should have some counseling .

I wonder why BN should need an aircraft carrier (AC). BN is not a blue water navy nor it has the necessity or capability to become so in the future. BN is a small navy dedicated to protect the shore and the wealth in the BoB. A good number of frigates can accomplish the job. An expensive AC needs to be escorted/supported by submarines. BN has not yet inducted any such thing, and when even our airforce lacks combat planes how it is possible for the country to purchase four sq. of planes for the AC? So, I do not think, BN will ask or will get AC in the near future.

One or two subs will probably come from China. But, I hope, US will sell some of its frigates to the BN. However, I must say BN has a plan to raise its total number of frigitea to eight from the present five. Probably two of the existing ones will be decommissioned and five will be imported.

Dude...for any of that to happen you need to increase your defense budget by at least a factor of 2 ! *I'm assuming that BD's current budget hovers at a little short of $2billion*

an AC costs more than your entire defence budjet...if you buy one , you will still have no planes to fly on it besides that would mean no salary for your def personel for the year...
