রাজধানীর পল্লবীর লালমাটিয়ায় আহমেদ রাজিব হায়দার শুভ (২৬) নামে এক স্থপতি ও ব্লগার খুন হয়েছে।

তাকে জবাই করে হত্যার পর রাস্তায় ফেলে রাখা হয়। মৃতদেহের পাশে তার ল্যাপটপ পড়ে ছিল।

পল্লবী থানার ওসি আব্দুল লতিফ শেখ বিডিনিউজ টোয়েন্টিফোর ডটকমকে জানান, রাত ৯টার দিকে খবর পেয়ে পুলিশ লালমাটিয়া পলাশনগর প্রধান সড়কের কাছ থেকে তার লাশ উদ্ধার করে।

তার মুখে জখমের চিহ্ন রয়েছে জানিয়ে ওসি জানান, ধারালো অস্ত্র দিয়ে মুখে কুপিয়ে তাকে হত্যা করা হয়ে থাকতে পারে। মৃতদেহের গলায় গামছা পেচানো ছিল।

ওসি জানান, শুভ একজন ব্লগার ছিল। তার বাসা পলাশনগরেই। বাসার কাছাকাছিই তাকে হত্যা করা হয়।

রাজিব হায়দার শুভকে শাহবাগের গণআন্দোলনের একজন সক্রিয় কর্মী হিসেবে উল্লেখ করে ২৪ ঘণ্টা আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাওয়ার ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন ব্লগার অ্যান্ড অনলাইন অ্যাকটিভিস্ট নেটওয়ার্কের ইমরান এইচ সরকার।

শুক্রবার রাত ১১টায় শাহবাগের গণজাগরণ মঞ্চ থেকে অব্যাহতভাবে আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাওয়ার এ ঘোষণা দিয়ে তিনি বলেন, “মিরপুরে আমাদের একজন ব্লগার খুন হয়েছেন।
