Yes there is. Being 2 standard deviations below average IQ means you are scientifically retarded. With an average IQ already 1 standard deviation below, the proportion of retards compared to Chinese increases from 2% to 17%.

I'm doing well financially, and people here are actually FRIENDLY (as opposed to superficial cordiality so typical of Anglopricks). I highly recommend you all to learn a third language other than English, and fully inmerse yourself in non-Anglophone cultures for a month or two. Very few cultures actually share the same bigoted attitude toward non-Western civilizations & associated races like the Yanks & Limeys do.

Queretaro, lotsa foreign expats here.
Among the Anglophone expats, I would say the Americans are by far the least friendly toward me. They would associate freely with Mexicans (despite their poor command of Spanish) while keeping me at arm's length as if I was some sort of leper. My closest Anglophone friend is actually a white Zimbabwean lady (despite the notoriety of the Rhodesians).
