WTF this seems like a Korean War era bomber or some sort.

The caption said it was an unmanned craft first tested in 1970.

edit: apparently it was an US unmanned drone. They (china?) somehow (obtained?) restored a few of these and tested them out in 1970. Just google search the BQM series.
