Good job. We shouldn't antagonize the South Sudanese too much because they acquired the lion's share of oil after division, but then we can simply supply them as well. Break the West's monopoly on weapons sales.

by the way..i found Sudan uses type-59 and type-85 tanks(Chinese)..I didn't find Sudan is using Type-96(you maybe meant type-85,whose successor is type-96)..can anybody provide some link??
