well what will be the main advantage?
it will be big,slow and maneuverable to a low extent thus vulnerable to Subs and stuff the operational ability will also be very low it will be submerged but it is too risky option like if the carrier is attacked submerged all the inventory on the carrier will be lost unlike surface carrier guarding will be required as usual so too much cost of a small expected benefit.What is practical to me is a small carrier housing a couple of hangers for surprise attack choppers or ACs with AD system that seems more practical smaller stealthier,maneuverable and fast
