Vietnam is deeply jealous of China. Vietnam thinks it is some kind of equal to USA, China and Russia. That third most powerful army in the world Dai Viet delusion is still driving Vietnam strategic policy.

Thank but no thank ,we look down on vietnam ,we have no respect for thief nation like vietnam, we dont want anything to do with poor vietnam , just ask yourself this question when was the last time you see a millionair need or want to enhance cooperation with a beggar?

I understand your intention: just to provoke the Viets by issuing stupid comments, like many of your countrymen here in the forum. When are you ready to learn a bit?
Again, VN is committed to providing peace and stability in the region, clearly defined by three NO´s.
If China rejects cooperations and continues being hostile to Vietnam, then VN has no choice but will rethink its positions.
