Default Pakistan's First Anti-Virus "Instant Virus Killer"

This powerful anti-virus is made by two Pakistanis Hafiz Usman and Mr. Imran.
They Claim that this is the only anti-virus in the world which can fix those Microsoft windows re-boot issues after virus infects system files. And if you are following precautions for your Windows safety then this anti-virus can give you 90% protection against web, USB disks and pirated cds viruses (no anti-virus gives 100% protection).

Here is the official Web Site:

Instant Virus killer - Pakistan First Anti-Virus

Though pakistanis are the pioneers of the virus programmes, however, it'd be safe to test this software on a seperate machine before installing it to your main computer system.

One must be very cautious in such things.

Virus programing is not easy either. Will I was working for Symantec I was looking the entire Asia Facific region, never came across any Pakistani. I have also worked in 10 different client locations, hardly any Pakistani's only 1 to be precise.

When it comes to virus programming, the skillful ones always hide their identity. Also, considering the number of viruses originating in the cyber-world, I doubt Pakistanis would be lagging far behind.

I am not agreeing with his comment that Pakistanis are pioneers in virus programming, or are even among the leaders, but virus programming is no rocket science. When any Tom, Dick and Harry with a good hand on scripts can do it, why can't Pakistanis?

Dude neither I doubt that you might have made Anti Virus nor I doubt about your browser.
My question was being called pioneer, If you can agree on that.

By the way I cannot try your anti virus, but do let me know which browser you have made. I will have a look explore etc. As per my knowledge 99% of browser space is captured by IE, Firefox and Safari on Mac platform, while chrome is upcoming.

Nice achievement, just wanted to bring to your attention that it is not a browser built from scratch but a wrapper over IE. "A new Browser wrapper for IE, called Xtravo Explorer."

I am amazed on your ignorance. Just for your kind information, the very first virus was written by two Pakistani brothers from lahore. Read the following:

Brain (computer virus)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

©Brain (the industry standard name being Brain) is (in its first incarnation written in January 1986) considered to be the first computer virus for MS-DOS. It infects the boot sector of storage media formatted with the DOS File Allocation Table (FAT) file system. The virus is also known as Lahore, Pakistani, Pakistani Brain, Brain-A and UIUC. Businessweek magazine at the time called the virus the Pakistani flu.

Description
©Brain affects the computer (in the Apple //e version) by replacing the boot sector of a floppy disk with a copy of the virus. The real boot sector is moved to another sector and marked as bad. Infected disks usually have five kilobytes of bad sectors. The disk label is changed to ©Brain, and the following text can be seen in infected boot sectors:

Welcome to the Dungeon © 1986 Brain & Amjads (pvt) Ltd VIRUS_SHOE RECORD V9.0 Dedicated to the dynamic memories of millions of viruses who are no longer with us today - Thanks GOODNESS!! BEWARE OF THE er..VIRUS : this program is catching program follows after these messages....$#@%$@!!

There are many minor and major variations to that version of the text. The virus slows down the floppy disk drive and makes seven kilobytes of memory unavailable to DOS. ©Brain was written by two brothers, Basit and Amjad Farooq Alvi, who lived in Charminar, Lahore, Pakistan. The brothers told TIME magazine they had written it to protect their medical software from piracy and it was supposed to target copyright infringers only. The cryptic message "Welcome to the Dungeon", appeared after a year because the Brothers' licensed a beta version of the code, a safeguard and reference to an early programming forum on Dungeon BBS. The Brothers' could not be contacted to receive the final release of this version of the program.

©Brain lacks code for dealing with hard disk partitioning, and avoids infecting hard disks by checking the most significant bit of the BIOS drive number being accessed; ©Brain does not infect the disk if the bit is clear, unlike other viruses at the time which were totally agnostic of disk partitioning and consequentially destroyed data stored on hard disks by treating them in the same way as floppy disks. ©Brain often went undetected partially due to this deliberate non-destructiveness, especially when the user paid little to no attention to the slow speed of floppy disk access.

The virus came complete with the brothers' address and three phone numbers, and a message that told the user that their machine was infected and for inoculation the user should call them:

Welcome to the Dungeon © 1986 Basit * Amjad (pvt) Ltd. BRAIN COMPUTER SERVICES 730 NIZAM BLOCK ALLAMA IQBAL TOWN LAHORE-PAKISTAN PHONE: 430791,443248,280530. Beware of this VIRUS.... Contact us for vaccination...

The reason for this message was the program was originally used to track a heart monitoring program for the Apple //e series, and pirates were distributing bad copies of the disks. This tracking program was supposed to stop and track illegal copies of the disk. Another programmer copied the technique for DOS and it became the (c) Brain virus. Unfortunately the program also sometimes used the last 5k on an apple floppy, making additional saves to the disk by other programs impossible. The company was sued for damages and was quickly dissolved.

Author Response
When the brothers began to receive a large number of phone calls from people in United States, United Kingdom, and elsewhere, demanding them to disinfect their machines, the brothers were stunned and tried to explain to the outraged callers that their motivation had not been malicious. They ended up having to get their phone lines cut off and regretted that they had revealed their contact info in the first place. The brothers are still in business in Pakistan as Internet service providers with a company called Brain Limited where the program may still be in use to track copies of Apple //e heart monitoring software.
