Pakistan has 16% INFLATION when you add inflation to growth rate , you will get a figure in excess of 18% , which explain there jump from 176 Billion USD to 216 Billion USD
Pakistan has 10.2% inflation (it is typically averaging between 11 & 13%):

India has a real growth rate of about 7% & inflation of about 9.4%:

But the figure of $176.8 Billion is the Nominal GDP, how come it rose to $216 Billion with just 2.4% growth rate. Pakistan PPP GDP is more than $400 Billion.

why to create so much fuzz. datas are created with many things in mind and may be some other things or may be he is talking about the projection level.

    anything is possible.

but im damn sure paksitani govt would have announced its economy reaching 200 billion dollar mark milestone. it is not a thing which can go unnoticed by govt, economist over the world and esp members of def.pk

It was announced when the government published Economic Survey report. Nonetheless, according to IMF our nominal GDP is at 202 USD and GOP stats it is 216 USD.
