The construction of the dam is going to start by October next thats the good news. 2 crore well who cares if the construction starts as has been planned.

This was the biggest project of Pakistan's history costing alone 894.25 billion rupees and this guy crying for 20.5 million rupees

Obviously for such a big project the feasilbility report will cost you something, its not like they go at the site by walk and then come back hiring the auto rickshaw and then walk through the project site (in miles) by walk

I recently visited the site and the road isn't very good. I believe they must have bought 4x4 cars because it is necessary there to have such vehicles.
