I think to get this big naturally is quite difficult and almost every professional body builder today uses steroids but no one admits it.
Maybe he too uses steroids maybe he doesnt but for sure this guys can be among the top pros of the world.

However even with steroid use, diet , exercise , rest and genetics all play a crucial role in the way muscles develop and shape up.

Say what you may about his substance use (there are other muscle building drugs out there), you can't build that kind of muscle without a lot of effort and I mean ALOT of effort. They dude must be eating right and working out right his entire life.
