Which one do you think is a palace? As far as I know all the one's posted till now are temples.

Actually it was quite common for rulers to build elaborate temples resembling a palatial ground. Some rulers did it to make their kingdom the centre of culture in the Land,others did it to atone for all the killings they would've done in some military conquest.
Besides, during those times, the scientists, architects,doctors and priests were all Bramhins. The same guy who would design the palace would also design the temple.

just look at the sheer size of it ...wow....how come i never heard of this place b4.. ...damn ..im jealous that it isnt in india ....and kudos to Cambodian gov n people who have done exlnt job in preservng this temple(somtng we should learn) ...
