we need dredging of our rivers and straighten the banks...and we need vast flood plains..
The straightened and deepened rivers will facilitate swift water flow in case of flooding..Its done round the worls...except pakistan...and we need dams to store water...Dont forget that the last dam built was terbela which was before most of us were born....

I'm glad someone else pointed out the horrific weather we've had here (USA) recently. Severe drought where I live, and of course horrible floods, hurricanes, and this spring the worst tornadoes ever ravaged the South.

you do realize that it would flood all the Pakistani cities in its way . not to mention it will be the precursor to the next war.

another thread on weather modifications . when will they end? why do you need to find the blame in someone else ? cant you see its your own fault , you have not developed the infrastructure of your own country .
