Those are some nice fire tenders.

Good to see better equipped firefighters, good suits, fire retardant, and good fire tenders, especially the ladders. At least something that happened under Pervaiz Elahi was rescue 1122, a very much needed force.

Looks like the fire was only on one floor, but the smoke spread.

BTW, were you there Stealth?

My office in neighbor building with UBL Tower. No they are not well equipment professional fire tenders coming from BAHRIA Town. These idiots CDA have only 1 VOLVO latest machine which only capability of 20th floor thats it. We have Centaurus and many other high rise buildings now all over Pakistan and Fire dept of PAKISTAN is the most WORST Fire fighters mostly don't have proper training. Bahria Town Fire Fighters are in YELLOW (looks more professional and well equiped) as compare to CDA Islamabad Fire Fighters look totally unprofessional in SHalwar Kameez going to stop Fire (AMAZING) and these machines there after 1 n half hour! means 1:30 mins after call... still waiting for the buffer and almost 50 - 70 Water Tankers. After nuts called Military helicopter for Support DAMNN!!!!!!!!!!


CDA and PAKISTAN (Karachi Lahore and Islamabad) Fire Fighters budget in $$$$ seriously and these CORRUPT CDA and all Fire tenders put money in their pockets with unprofessional fire fighters look at BAHRIA TOWN equipment and Fire Fighters... Fully loaded with latest gadgets, Professional training wise and well equipped Machines!

by the why first fire/smoke @ first floor but after Fire Fighters activity ... Fire turn up to top 4 floors and top 5 floors start burning like hell! again they called big machinery to control top 4 floors!

But the Volvo Ladder, Bahria town mercedes, and the other mercedes truck, in which the firefighters are posing in front with good uniform, looks good.

And I agree, more emphasis needs to be put on building security codes and emergency services.

In Karachi, whatever happens, Edhi and CHIPPA are the first to reach the scene, no government service in sight.

1122 is a good service, efficient one as well.

Building security codes need to be implemented on new buildings, what is done is done, now the future projects need to be built in compliance with the codes.

Actually its bit bad story but one of my serious joke with these guyz .. when These guyz coming btw the event.... CDA officials send them into back side of the building and when they reached back side again CDA Fire Fighters and officials told them we need 10 15 floor counter machine so you please stand aside. These guyz standing from almost 30 mins. I went near to... i said to a fire fighter can you guyz stand in front of this machine actually i am from ARY channel (LOLZZZ) so i will take your pictures... One of Fire fighter said

"yaar isnay red shirt pehni hey he is from ARY line say kharay hojaoo" LOLzzzz

I took these pictures and run-off because I AM NOT FROM ARY lolzzzzzzz

I am damn sure they thought our pictures will appear on the ARY TV channels
