Malik Riaz may be a smuggler, he may be a bit of a bandit and may be someone who courts controversy. But he is not a politician or in public office so how exactly he got his hands on"awam ka maal"? would you care to enlighten me?

    I appreciate this gesture.
    somebozo thanked this.
