    Artiste

Gill Mohindepaul Singh, a local born Indian, became a popular TV comedian after his fascinating performance in the game show 'Minutes to Fame'. Before then, he had been working with the Hong Kong Correctional Services for nearly 10 years.

Mr Singh, who speaks perfect Chinese, was born into a traditional Indian family rooted in Hong Kong for three generations. He has not experienced any major difficulties integrating into the local community, but he acknowledges that ignorance of the ethnic minorities still exists in Hong Kong. Apart from his acting career, he is personally committed to promote public understanding of ethnic minorities groups and their integration into Hong Kong.
He speaks perfect Hindi as well even though he was born in HK.

Begs the question can China become a immigration state? China has a very strong tradition of meritocracy. Potentially it can grow into a talent centre of as it becomes richer.

    FYI :

This indian guy (Sikh) makes over HK $1 million every month.
He was born in HK but studied in a non-Chinese school majoring in Urdu, Hindi, English and French. He only learned Cantonese when he took a HK Government job (Correctional Services). Although he speaks Cantonese but he can't read Chinese at all.

His elder son studies in a university in Scotland. His Brother and Sister lives in Canada. His whole family is basically living in different parts of the world.

Gill Mohindepaul Singh just happened to be lucky because he was the only ethnic minority at the "Minutes to Fame" contest and the judges were so generous to let him win the crown. He did not sing that well but since he is a non-Chinese you can pardon his errors in the lyric.
Well , Chinese people are so damn generous that TVB signed him up as a TV star. He already appeared in several TV series.

Now the question is how many Chinese living in India have been given a chance to entry or succeed in Bollywood ???
