I would advise you to wait and visit in 2013, the best time to visit would be in mid spring, unless you can arrive to Israel in a short time, and the political/regional situation might be clearer, maybe there will be war this summer, who knows

That is a sane advice - Thanks mate. I am visting Turkey this year in Sept and making plans for it. Was thinking should I combine Israel too or Israel and Jordan together in 2013.
