Why not India neutralize non state actors using non state actors.

Hi Guys, as we know India is a victim of terror sponsored by so called Non State Actors. Is it not right way to neutralize all these actors by assasinating them using RAW or some other Non State Actors like Israelis has done in past. If yes then why GoI is not thinking in this regard as its better to do your job by yourself instead of asking some other govt to take actions against them.

Its not hypothetical case to encounter the enemy of the state...

I bet MOSAD would do 100 times better the damage as RAW can Do... MOSAD is on its way, just give them time.... 26/11 caused damage to Israel aswell, 100% sure that the mastermids of 26/11's lifes are counted...

Why we should look for MOSAD to avenge. I think RAW is the right candidate for doing this as it has better holding their in Pakistan. They can use BLA for that also.
In past also RAW has been used Chota Rajan's gang to neutralise some key associates of ISI in Nepal.

If RAW or India does that also people will hardly come to know as the blame game would start with no evidence what so ever. So in actual no one comes to know about these people who actually gave their life in the back drop of maintaining the sovereignty of India and eliminating the threats.
