McDonnell Douglas F-15E Strike Eagle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The USAF has pursued the Next-Generation Bomber, a medium bomber concept which could take over the Strike Eagle's "deep strike" profile.
The F-15E's deep strike mission is a radical departure from the original intent of the F-15, since the F-15 was designed as an air superiority fighter under the mantra "not a pound for air-to-ground."
The basic airframe, however, proved versatile enough to produce a very capable strike fighter. The F-15E, while designed for ground attack, retains the air-to-air lethality of the F-15, and can defend itself against enemy aircraft.
The F 15 SE has retained most of the original F15's airframe with the major exception of conformal fuel tanks. If you think that this is the best A2G plane out there, then the SU 30 mki also comes very close. It is also a A2A airframe which is very good for A2G role too. With comparable range and MTOW it is definitely not a slouch in A2G.
AFA the radar, targetting pod , EW and other bells and whistles are concerned the F 15 certainly has a clear edge over SU 30. But we will not get this all steriod version of the Strike eagle. So the SU 30 compares pretty good in that department too.

waitinm for answers.
Just check out the level of protection and redundancies built in for the A 10 thunderbolt and you will realise the difference it makes for CAS.
For deep strike I would prefer a rafale!
Also, please check the survivabilty of SU 25 and A 10 during wartime. Do not go by the stunt of the broken wing!
