Well I don't see any Arab country in Persian gulf give them the base after all they have USA for that. and there is a section in Iran constitution that ban any foreign military to have a base in Iran . I wonder if it's possible for Pakistan to give china a base if they want it?

by the way honestly I believe there is no need for any foreign country to have any naval base in Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman and the countries around it are capable enough to provide the security for these important water way .
