The first festival on industrial, defensive and environmental development in Iran.
Among the notables who attended this festival were Iran’s defense minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi and Vice President Mohammad-Javad Mohammadizadeh.

Many Iranian companies came to display their latest eco friendly defense and military equipment, such as small caliber military guns, shot guns, CNG regulators and valves, hydraulic pumps and systems of aero-hydro dynamics for Iran’s aviation industry. Brig. Gen. Vahidi explained Iran has advanced greatly in the region in producing safe environmental military equipment that are based on standards of ISO 14001 and have certificate of systems management.

Officials also explained that the latest military equipment Iran has started producing are based on the guidelines of having green environment certificate, ISO 14000 and the Health Services environment. (HSE).

In addition Brig. Gen. Vahidi commented on the upcoming comprehensive talks between Iran and the P5+1 group due to be held in Moscow on June 18 and 19.

Experts explain that all countries military production has a direct effect on the environment and global warming. As an example America’s military production has the highest effect on global warming.
