assalam alikum everyone i just wanted to ask if anyone can tell me what i need to do in order to get into PAF. i am currently in college its my first year at a USA college and i am majoring in Business Administration. i want to join the PAF ground branches and i wanted to know if there are any positions for females on ground branches like in administration or etc. and if someone can tell me what i should do next after i get my assosiate degree to join the PAF i would really appreciate it or who to contact. thank you for taking your time to read this msg its really a lot for me. take care bye.

I am doing my F.Sc (2nd year) and want to join PAF as poilt or Pakistan Army.
So i want help when will be selection is going to start and from where i can get the candidates forms to apply. I shall be very thankful to you ppl if you help me.

This is for you Son and for other members who are thinking of joining Armed forces. If you guys and girls think that joining PAF will make you rich that will be a wrong notion, Yes back wen we joined a Captains pay was RS 344 ( ARMY) on the other hand PAF was paying Rs1100/- for fighter pilots we could buy 3 tolas of Gold and still couldn't finish the money even if we tried too. Now in this age the prices have gone up yes they pay you but the vise versa happens in the market they increase the prices with your pay. A Faji's life now a days is hand to mouth until you have some backing from your parents. So think twice its a hard life no doubt but eventually it gets better and better with time do not expect that on the first day Army or PAF will give you a Rs 5 million plot in Karachi or Islamabad or give you medals. Everything in the armed forces is based on who is the best.
So think twice. Join to serve not to make money.

OK I am a little confused do you mean Airmen as AC2 or a pilot, If your father retired as an officer why would he want to to join as a Airman.

Well i am not an expert in PAF matters, but good news is that PAF has its own special services wing, SSW, newly created & hopefully operational too.
If you had been in the GDP program and God forbid had been grounded then may be u could have tried for SSW, but after having invested so much time & effort in becoming an aeronautical engineer & being a specialized technical person, i don't guess they will let you go to SSW nor may they let a GDP pilot as too much amount & time is invested on pilots & aeronautical engineers.

thanks ......... but i want to go to ssg army , i nyd any information if they can let us go ....... btw any one can leave any armed forces after serving for 10 years n this is for sure......... i wanna know if one can leave bfr that jst like in army dat u can join ssg after serving for three years ....
