    Cool PMA LC Initial Physical Tests



    Hi I saw the requirements for the Physical Tests for PMA LC but I'd like to get a clarification.

    What's the sequence of the tests?

    Also do they tell you to run 1.6 KM first then right away tell you to do 15 pushups, then 15 situps, then the chinups all in one go or do they allow you to rest for a minute or two?

    a) 1.6 Km Run 8˝minutes
    (b) Push Ups 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
    (c) Sit Ups 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
    (d) Chin Ups 3 repetitions in 2 minutes
    (e) Ditch Crossing 7’.4” x 7’.4” with a depth of 4’

    Hi I already know what the initial physical test comprises of, I want to know the sequence of these tests and if there is any break in between each of these tasks?

    1.First 1.6 km running in 8 minutes 30 seconds(which is actually not 8 minutes).
    2.Then,after 15-20 minutes,ditch crossing followed by 3 PERFECT chin-ups.
    3.Then about 10-15 minutes,15 PERFECT military push ups followed by 15 reach ups/sit ups.
