Salam,
What is the salary of a captain in the Pakistan army?
I am asking with reference to doctors. As they they get the rank of Captain.
Do they get any benefits etc?
Is it a good option to choose considering that in public sector doctors get 50k for there house jobs?

I mean we have to sign a bond for 13 years of service.

What rank can they reach over time?
Can I join army if I dont go to NUST?
How long is the training period? And how hard is it?

hmmm now adays a capt is earning 50000+ exclusive of all benefits like other Offr of an armed forces can get....... in 13 years of svc if your record is good den you can get a full colonel rank or a single star tooo.........

Rs.50,000 for house job ?
25000 is the pay of house officer its not 50000 but many do house job without pay
But the pay of medical officer in Federal area is around 50000 and in punjab is around 45000
you can join army without going to NUST . You can join after MBBS
there is no specific training course for doctors in army ( i think )

I think salary of civilian young doctors is equal to the salary of army subaidar.

previously salary of MO is round about 25,000 but now after YDA strike its above 40,000 but it varies
