I oppose !
They aren't beautiful. Being modern and hot wont make you beautiful. Most of them would be ugly without make-up.
If you ever look deep into Pakistan, not the 'posh' or modern area, you will find many girl who are like angels in front of these!
We cannot call them top 10 beautiful women of Pakistan, but top 10 hot models or something.
I wouldn't agree with the title.
