I would just like to know where the best Scientists my idea is that they come from India I suppose because I heard that some Indian scientists know what western scientists do not. Hmmm anyway I am just very curious.

He raised a good question but wrong selection of word: We must understand what make a scientist.

Innovation come at anytime, from any where. But it is known/asumed that innvoation comes at rapid rate when there is stability
1. Ancient China: It was a peaceful civilization, they invented many thing. Later when Mongol and other invaders start attacking them, they start running for there life and struggle begin. When one is struggling for life, he can't innovate.
2. Ancient India: India is (not was) peaceful agrarian culture, (not hunter gatherer), there was a peaceful period mauryan, nandas, and other Hindu dynasty. SO innovation happen.
3. Arabs: Arabs were peaceful for very small period, in that period they gather knowledge from east (India and China) and propagate to west. SO yes this was time when Arabs (not Muslim) gave some scientists.
4. England: England achieved many scientists coz of seperation of religion from state, They were prosperous, and in peace (Though they gave pain in our arse), so they gave many scientists.
5. USA and europe: We all know today USA is prosperous (though they are troubling some nation) so much scientists are now coming from US and europe.

Where India keep herself in this innovation: Many Indian minds have gone to west to explore knowledge, they are coming back with innovative idea. Yes we are not the level which west is, but we are in right direction.

Best Scientists in the World come from just one race - Mankind

Any kind of Scientific advancement is always a boost to mankind as a whole, whether its medicine, transport, nuclear science, genetic engineering etc. And Scientists know no borders, many are born in one country, get educated in another and have their breakthroughs in a third country. We can't really claim complete ownership over them by nationality.
