Mufti Taqi Usmani says

Some great soul has seen Hazrat Muhammad ( S.A.W ) in his dream and Hazrat Muhammad ( S.A.W ) said that Allah's azaab is about to hit Pakistan. But at the same time he said that in order to stay away from his azaab we must recite Surah ( Ash-Shamso Waduha ) which is in the 30th para of the Quran 70,000 times.

He said that we must recite this Surah as much as we can , and collectively it should be 70,000 times

Important Note : When one sees Hazrat Muhammad ( S.A.W ) in his/her dreams it is indeed Hazrat Muhammad ( S.A.W ) as Shaitan cannot come in the form of Hazrat Muhammad ( S.A.W)

Azaab means ( divine)punishment, chastisement etc.
It is nothing new. History of our jewish brother is filled with
azaabs at various times.

One thing about it is that when it happens, it is indiscriminate & everyone, including the innocnet suffer the consequences.
