Default Mom's cooking- your favoutite soul food
Hi all,
Please use this thread to post pictures and describe your soul food- by this I mean home cooked food, the stuff that mom makes/made- not the rich spicy stuff we eat in restaurants.

My fave: Aloo Paratha, served with pickle, malai (cream), butter and curd.

Have been away from home for the last 8 years and miss mum's food like anything...

From Choley bhature to Dosa... From Poha to Pau Bhaji.. For Naan to Poori ... Parathey.. Cheese Toast.. Daal Chawal aur ******...

I agree, everything mom cooks is delicious. But when I go home to visit, she asks me...'pehle din kya banau?'

My answer: Aloo Paratha!!

my mom's speciality is karahi chicken, biryani, palau rice, aalo gosht with curry, karhi and fish, spanish chicken

MAA har chez achi banati hai uski koi speciality nhi hoti at-least ,eri mom ki nhi hai
