Israel does perfect things regarding AT missile technologies and Those efforts deserve to be appreciated indeed. In terms of product range, So less countries can come close to Israeli engineers effort in Worldwide Spike series, Lahat.

but Don't forget that Turkey is also on right track and developing similar concepts. For example, Cirit is the first 2.75 Inch missile system to be passed into serial production worldwide.

The performance of the systems are important indeed and I think Noone have any doubt about quality standarts of Turkey's developed NATO systems but Even If you have the best of the World, You can't sell your toys to a country you don't have good relations. I mean The influence and good relations between states are vital to make defence trades.

In this aspect, There is a visible problems between Turkey and Azerbaijan who calls eachother as "brothers" in the latest years. If a man call another as brother, It means Relations between two are different than usual.
If you ask me, For exm. I always imagine a brother state who support brother's politic standings/defence programs against rivals, choose brother's defence products for own requirements, always give main priority to brother at international tenders, never regret the demands of a brother state which will be benefical for his future as well. All in all, We are the countries who identify ourselves as "two state one nation".

At this prospect, I will list the defence programs Azerbaijan's brother state, Turkey, officially invited brother Azerbaijan to join them for self reliance and clear futures for security of two brotherly states. Many times, Not only undersecretariat of Turkish defence industry, but also Ministery of National defence arranged many visits to Azerbaijan and told the importance of joining those programs. What did they tell to Azerbaijan ?

Equal partnership as brothers, National production and co-production at export markets, additional investments to open new facilities to accelerate the serial production phases...etc

Bros, the main problem here is time and geopolitics of Azerbaijan..These Turkish systems are in development phase and will take time..Azeri Turks need specified systems above now..I can understand their sentiment about this issue..And about geopolitics, which country is Azerbaijan`s sworn enemy? Armenia..And which country is Armenia`s ally, best friend in the region? Iran..So my opinion is that Azeri Turks are trying to balance or counter this relation with her new ally, Israel..

Urgent need, geopolitics... However you call it. All in all The programs Turkey offered to Azerbaijan was mid-term solution to imporve industrial capabilities of both country for self reliance.
