Folks, Rashid Mihas, the only recipient of Nishan-e-Haider in PAF, would have turned 60 today. He made the ultimate sacrifice at the tender age of 20, while still under training as a Pilot Officer in the PAF on that fateful day of August 1971. This is a tribute to the ultimate warrior who sacrificed his today for our tomorrow. God bless him, for he will never walk alone.

Yaar, these days, I am working something like 14 hours each day, occasionally, I manage to browse PDF on my iPhone, and all i see is hero worship for Cricketers, that's all well and good, but as the saying goes, you learn from your history to implement your future. There must be moral in there.

The real motivation behind my admiration to Pakistan Airforce in particular and military in general was this man! Still remember him courtesy that drama. All i ever wanted to be, was a GD pilot but fortune took me another way!
