The MiG-29M is a most developed and latest of MiG-29 variants(assuming the MiG-35 is a different one). The MiG-35 isn't ready for delivery as yet. India has regular MiG-29s in service but with the SMT upgrade will resemble to the M variant or maybe even the MiG-35. The MiG-29K that the IN will start taking deliveries of shortly too will have a MiG-35 style HOTAS cockpit.

You cannot upgrade a MiG 29 to MiG 35 directly vnomad. You can incorporate some parts of the MiG 35 in an upgrade to the MiG 29, but you cannot convert it. There is a huge difference between the two. MiG 35 is actually the MiG 29M2. It uses the same airframe from MiG 29M1.

Plus our MiG 35 will be wayyy different from the Russian MiG 35
It will have different avionics, radars, missiles,the whole sha-bang!

:what1: I never said that a MiG-29 could be upgraded to a MiG-35. The engine could be changed to the RD-33K and the cockpit upgraded I guess but there's more to the MiG-35.

The transition I was talking about was about the MiG-29, but not a specific single aircraft.

I was talking about the cockpit mate. I said its cockpit could resemble the MiG-35's after the upgrade.
