Nawaz Sharif owes his political career to the supreme dictator Zia Ul Haq who can be hailed as his "spiritual father".
He used to lick Zia's boots just as Zia used to lick Bhutto's boots...i guess this trait both of them shared.
I always get a kick out of it when he talks his tough anti establishment talk.

Regarding Zardari, PML-Q approached PML-N with a joint candidate proposal to ensure that Zardari did not get elected as president, it was our dear mature/seasoned politician Nawaz Sharif who vehemently rejected such a proposal.
I would say Zardari owes Nawaz a lot of gratitude.

It is only Nawaz's fault that he pumped up IK, and he is in such a position now.

He is totally rallying against IK now rather than going for the Government, a fault which was labelled with IK before.

Well, it's not me only who says this, it's all over Pakistan, evidence is clear, he doesn't speaks against army,he never criticsized army for their past dictatorship, in Musharraf's early era, he was army's favourite child, and what IK says, it totally reflects Establishment's voice. He is just a toy of establishment which bring him into the power and will take work from him. A new style of dictatorship you can say.... Ani koam applies on you, you know country is in the state of war so there are so many other reasons which are responsible for the current situation, 9 years a dictator took to ruin the whole country and you want everything to be okay in 1 day only, it will take 10 to 15 years but you don't get it so 'Anni Koam' applies on you. You want to give 100 evidences against NS, give me 1000, i don't care because if you think i am NS supporter than you are wrong. It's not only NS supporters who criticsize Ik but also can be some other who is neutral and don't take interest in any party. And btw IK is not any God or angel that criticsizing him is some kind of sin. Everybody has right to say anything they feel. Anni Koam does not see any better option so far, feel free to give us a viable alternative...

Criticism is another thing but what you are saying is gibberish to say the least, what proof do you have of Imran being a toy of establishment? Yet you are always repeating it again and again.

For your information, when Army launched Buner Operation...Imran was not in its favor and even i bombarded his anti operation speech in Buner. His POV was certainly not in favor of the Army at that time.
You can search for it and you shall find my post on this forum.

Let us wait and see what Imran does if he gets a shot at changing the course.

I may disagree with certain things he said but overall he is an honest bloke and as sincere and patriotic as one can get regarding Pakistan.
These are the credentials i seek in a leader these days.
Whether he likes or dislikes Army does not matter to me, its the attachment to Pakistan and its people (hint Shaukat Khanum etc.) which i shall rally behind.

PM Gilani was also one, was he not?

Why should IK go on blabbering about the mistakes of the generals of the past, that is not what the nation cares about.

It cares about the present, about now.

Any viable and better alternatives you have to IK?
