what has changed recently is that CIA has been let lose in the country,and with them many other foreign agencies who can spend buckets of money on traitors and buy zombies to strap bombs with them..
All to create a law and order situation in Pakistan so bad that Pakistan does not stand as an economic rival to India and the occupation of Poppy rich Afghanistan by USA,and USA's total control on the lucrative trade of Narcotics,,, remains justified and Pakistan keeps complying..
If peace prevails,India will have headache due to Pakistan snatching their Breakfast now and then,as investors coming to India may as well consider Pakistan.

There can never be peace with your opponent if you show weakness and eagerness.

When you show too much respect and eagerness for peace then peace will be upon your opponents terms.

If your opponents has a pistol then you have to show him an AK47 so he gets the picture that you are not weak and eager that negotiations and peace has to be both sided.
