There are shia's in balochistan.. as there are Sunnis and other sects

India is inclusive, unlike pakistan it did not split based on religion or lang.

There are a few proposals to end the trouble in Baluchistan:

1. Complete and total transfer of ALL MINERAL/NATURAL RESOURCES to the Provincial government.

2. Abolishment of all military installations including the Staff College Quetta and complete withdrawl of all forces.

3. Other provinces must be compelled to BUY natural gas/minerals at INTERNATIONAL PRICES with 100% revenue transfers to Baluchistan.

4. No people from other provinces must be allowed to migrate to Baluchistan, NOTWITHSTANDING the constitution.

5. Calling any Pakistani as RAW/CIA/MOSSAD AGENT must be considered a HATE CRIME.

6. Industries must ONLY be located in the province which provides RAW MATERIALS to such industries.

7. No particular ethnic group must be dominant in the FEDERAL and MILIATRY BUREACRACY.

8. No budget, resolution or constitutional amendment passed by the National assembly should be effective untill the Senate also approves of the same.

9. There must be equal number of judges in the supreme court from all federating units.

10. A province is to share its resources with other provinces ONLY AFTER IT HAS FULLFILLED ITS OWN NEEDS.

11. A PLEBLICITE should be held in Baluchistan regarding the continuation or cessation of the tribal system. No other province has any right to give its opinion regarding the tribal system.

12. All foreign companies including those of China must take approval from BOTH the Federal and Provincial Governments before investment.

13. There should be travel documents for temporary stay in another province. A visit to another province must be notified to the police of that province.

Are you an attention seeker or just want to be noticed? What do you base your points on? Please justify to us the benefits of don't this? What you are suggesting is a creation of a new land. Granted there are issues to be looked at in Baluchistan but your proposals are truly nonsensical..

I want you to take these 13 points and roll it up and then I want you to use your Imagination as to what I want you to do next with this rolled up paper.

My solution to Baluchistan problem is simple.

1. Take all Anti-Pakistan Sardars and Hang them publicly.

2. Then the Pakistani government should go in and use every penny made from Baluchistan and use it to develop the province's infrastructure.

3. Every job created in Baluchistan should first go to qualified Baluchis and only if no qualified Baluchis is found that they should hire non Baluchi employee.

4. Create Poverty alleviation programs for the impoverished Baluchis.

5. Create free educational programs for Baluchi citizens.

Guys, This is all about Economic deprivation and years of neglect, but it can be remedied by extra special attention to the Baluchi people to pull them out of this poverty. Baluchis are patriotic Pakistanis who have been deprived and dealt a lot of injustices in the past. let us remedy all that and move on.
