10 K Mega watt being used in Punjab out of 13 MW seems a lil high i guess.

Installed capacity of Pakistan is 22,477 MW

Consumption is around 16 to 18,000 MW and 61% is used by Punjab i.e makes its around 11,000 MW
21% consumption is by Sindh i.e. around 3,800 MW

Its a pity that coz of high losses in the country by electricity distribution companies, they are unable to generate enough money to pay to the producer, who have stopped their production since they are not receiving any money.
