Actually, Evolution and Revolution mean one same thing. That is 'change'.

Revolution -- Is change over little time.
Evolution -- Is change over long time.

The difference though as you can see is 'time'.

You live in Canada a country that took 2 centuries to build , we are just 70 years old , i am pretty sure we will get there. Evolution takes time - a lot of time but revolution is also sort of evolution.

On top of the 2 centuries it took Canada alongside the US to evolve, Canada is a huge country that lives mainly on its (Huge) abundant natural resources, and the schooling is mandatory till High school. It has benefited a lot from its proximity to the US. It is the energy needs of the US market which makes it its the biggest trade partner and benefited Canada in all fields of Science and technology.

Pakistan has a different situation, it is an old -Islamic- culture, Thus very experienced in many fields of sciences, the need now is to re-evolve to those heights, and no doubt about it, the youth are willing and able to take the challenge and succeed at it under the guidance of smart and honest leaders.
There are too many "problems" draining the energies of the Nation, so there should be two different concentrations of energy , one to deal and find solutions to these "problems", and one to be totally concentrating on ways of achieving advancements in all fields.
