What other Air Forces have been invited? I presume the USA, Russia and India will be represented.

It is an honor, and a testament to ouy mutual friendship, that CAS ACM RQ Suleman will head the delegation of Chiefs of Air Staff. Indeed, when I first read the headlines, my immediate thought was of the FC-20, but I doubt that would be discussed during the celebrations. This appears to be more of a diplomatic mission.
