So if this engine is not successful then what ?? What is plan B ?? Until the russian engines in stock it should not be a problem however after that it is a big problem. He did not comment on the other situation if the test engine was not upto the mark.

PAF chief has said the engines are not blocked. President of CATIC has said the engines are not blocked. NO Russian official has claimed of blocking anything.

The only people who have gone gaga over engine ban are Indians. YOu cried before but the sale went through. You are crying now while JF-17 production is gathering pace of production.

It seems the only people who need plan B is the indian forumers and indian media because all their plans have failed so far.

Why is there such a confusion about the price tag? Some mention it 20 Millions, other resources describe it as $15 and now this article suggests $10? Price Tag is not the Production Cost but sale price. Haven't we finalized this price as yet??

I am pretty sure those who are interested in buying the thing knows the exact cost. Until a third country doesn't buy it, we would know fore sure what's the price of the plane.

In PAF's case, a lot of it is being manufactured here but China is also helping with setting up the assembly line, etc. And PAF being a 50% investor will not have the same price as others. The reason everyone has a different price is because when the program started, the suggested price was different. When PAF bought the planes, the price is different.
