INDIAN COMMANDOS,PAKISTANI COMMANDOS & thier failures?

both failed in , the recent counter terrorism, opreations!
pakistan ssg, doesnt comeup good in LAL MASJID episode.
indian nsg commando's , also not been good in mumbai ?

what was the reason , why cant both of them couldnt save much more lifes, why couldnt they reacted more quickly, is there training is efficient ?
does they are less trained , to handle the sophisticated special weapons, designed for them!
politicains making things , difficult?
why, what should be done to make them , more good?
